Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Business Analyst (Intermediate)
Location: Offsite/Remote
Contract / Permanent: 3 Months With further extension. (It is anticipated that the Resource will provide the services on a fulltime basis for 10 20 days (approx.) 1 2 days per week. As required according to project plan
The Resource will be required to provide the services for 8 hours per day (excluding lunches or rest periods) Monday Friday (excluding public holidays in the Republic of Ireland) between the hours of 8am and 6pm)
Start date: 07th April 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of intermediatelevel experience

Please demonstrate that the resource as at least 4 years of substantial professional experience in Business Analysis
Qualification:
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents:

A third level qualification in a related IT discipline from an accredited education institution minimum NFQ 6.
Key Deliverable:

Leads the review and analysis of the organisation s business intentions services processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.

Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives defining strategies validating and justifying business needs.

Conducts feasibility studies producing highlevel and detailed business models
.
Prepare detailed specifications and oversees development and implementation of solutions taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.

Liaises with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change

Demonstrate how the resource has engaged with clients at strategic/management level when required
