Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Test Manager
Location: Remote / Offsite
Contract / Permanent: It is anticipated that the Resource will provide the services on a fulltime basis for 12 days (approx.) As required according to project plan
The Resource will be required to provide the services for 8 hours per day (excluding lunches or rest periods) Monday Friday (excluding public holidays in the Republic of Ireland) between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Start date: 28/04/25.
Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of Senior

It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7 years of extensive professional experience in their specialized field.

A third level qualification in a related IT discipline from an accredited education institution minimum NFQ 6.
Key Deliverable:
The following nonexhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role.

Responsible for the end to end testing of systems under development and ongoing maintenance of the quality assurance processes to reduce development defects and maintain quality standards.
.
Advises on the application of appropriate quality and/or environmental management techniques.
.
Responsible for the creation of test cases using own indepth technical analysis of both functional and non usability maintainability and portability).
.
Creates traceability records from test cases back to requirements.
.
Manages/produces test scripts materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
.
Specifies requirements for environment data resources and tools.
.
Interprets executes and documents complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards.
.
Records and analyses actions and results and maintains a defect register.
.
Reviews test results and modifies test if necessary.
.
Provides reports on progress anomalies risks and issues associated with the overall project.
.
Reports on system quality and collects metrics on test cases.
.
Provides specialist advice to support others
