As a Senior Project Manager You Will:
- Oversee the time cost and quality management of assigned projects while ensuring compliance with project management best practices.
- Collaborate with customers to define and manage project requirements effectively and maintain stakeholder trust.
- Lead and motivate project teams by providing clear direction assigning tasks and driving results.
- Apply standard project management techniques (e.g. change control risk/issue management) using methodologies like Prince2 and Agile.
- Develop and maintain project plans using ServiceNow monitor financials through EBA and ensure timely and budgetaligned resource utilization.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders represent the organization in committees and provide input to organizational reports.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Master s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience or a Bachelor s degree with 8 years of related experience.
- A recognized project management qualification such as Prince2 Practitioner MSP PMI or Agile certification (expertise in the domain may compensate for lack of formal certification).
- Recent experience managing projects involving communication and/or command and control/information systems in an international or governmental environment.
- Proficiency in applying multidiscipline engineering and management techniques to acquire complex systems.
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining stakeholder trust.
- Exceptional communication briefing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver project outcomes manage customer satisfaction resources procurement and finances.
