Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products with a strong focus on Generative AI applications and tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for improving product quality. Familiarity with AI testing methodologies and frameworks will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and execute test plans and test cases tailored for Generative AI systems including models pipelines and integrations.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality with an emphasis on AIrelated functionality.
Conduct testing of AIgenerated outputs to ensure they meet defined benchmarks quality standards and ethical guidelines.
Validate AI workflows including data preprocessing model training and inference pipelines for reliability and performance.
Identify document and track bugs or defects in AI systems and traditional software through the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with data scientists machine learning engineers and developers to resolve issues and enhance test coverage for AI features.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for continuous integration specifically targeting AI applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the quality assurance processes.
Test user interfaces (UI) and microservices that interact with AI systems to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience testing Generative AI models or AIdriven applications.
- Knowledge of manual testing processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies including functional performance and regression testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Handson experience with tools and frameworks for AI testing such as TensorFlow Test Pytest or similar.
- Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and libraries like OpenAI Hugging Face or similar.
- Ability to design robust test cases for AIbased applications focusing on edge cases adversarial inputs and ethical considerations.
- Knowledge of python to enhance test scripts and streamline testing processes for Generative AI workflows.
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics (e.g. accuracy precision recall) and their application in testing.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications: 6-8 years of project management experience in a technical or IT setting. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies and best practices. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft DevOps, or equivalent, ensuring efficient project tracking, collaboration, and reporting. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes effectively. Experience managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Previous experience interacting with senior management and decision-makers. Ability to work independently, making strategic decisions with significant impact on day-to-day operations. Prior experience managing teams or project efforts in a technical environment is highly desirable.
