Job Description
We are looking for analysts with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Success Factor Employee Central Implementation including Employee Central Functionality and SAP Data Migration. You will be working with the Business Technical and Project Team to review the design and proposal of Success Factor Employee Central and provide the consultation for standard practice
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Working with Business Technical and Project Team to review the design and proposal of Success Factor Employee Central and provide the consultation for standard practice
- Provide Technical and Functional consultation and configuration for Success Factor Employee Central.
- Analyze review and provide consultation for Data Mapping and Data Migration including investigating the issue and implement the solution as needed.
- Perform testing in EC system integration parallel testing end to end testing and scenario based testing to ensure smooth implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors
- Employee Central with other SAP modules (e.g. Payroll Time Management) and thirdparty systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integrationrelated issues
- Participate in the project meetings
SkillSets
- At least 810 years of experience in
- Success Factor Employee Central Implementation included Employee Central Functionality
- SAP Data Migration
- Design and Mapping
- Set up Organization Structure
- Experience in SAP Payroll and Employee Central Payroll is a plus
- SAP certification in Success Factor Employee Central advantageous.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP HR data models Employee Central configuration and integration points.
- Experience in the mass media industry or a similar fastpaced dynamic environment is a plus.
