Job Type: Freelance Fulltime (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
Schedule: 4 days work week with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am2:30 pm Manila time)
Location: Onsite in Quezon City Eastwood
Compensation: PHP22500 to PHP35000 all in monthly salary (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on job boards careers pages and social networks.
Screen resumes and applications and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Schedule interviews and manage candidate correspondence (e.g. emails phone calls).
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages and employment contracts.
Coordinate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment criteria.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
Provide administrative support during the recruitment process including filing photocopying and scanning documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding recruitment processes.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant HR Assistant or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is desirable.
