Job Description
TPF Recruitment are seeking a fulltime Semi Senior Accountant to join one of our clients located in Maidenhead Berkshire working 37.5 hours per week. This is a general practice environment focused on an ownermanaged business client base. There are excellent progression prospects on offer and the business offers a friendly social collaborative and flexible working environment too!
Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare client accounts/statutory accounts of partnerships and LLPs along with Tax computations.
Draft Corporation Tax returns (CT600).
Compile Profit and Loss accounts balance sheets of assets and liabilities and trial balance accounts.
Draft reports covering financial statements client business issues systems and controls.
Liaise closely with clients and other stakeholders keeping the relevant manager/supervisor informed of developments.

Requirements
- AAT qualified or already working towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Double entry accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Statutory and management accounts preparation for UK entities.
- Corporate Tax Personal Tax and VAT experience are preferred but not essential.

For this fantastic Semi Senior opportunity in Wokingham, you may be an AAT studying, and/or perhaps studying ACCA or looking to build further on your experience following qualifying AAT, with a background in accountancy practice, with at least 2 - 4 years or more experience within practice, preparing accounts, tax and other responsibilities for a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will be looking for a challenging, long term career move, at Accounts Semi Senior level, within a genuinely growing and expanding firm of chartered accountants, offering progression and career development.
