Looking for a More Supportive Flexible Nursery Manager Role Join Our Small Friendly Nursery Group!
We re seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our fully staffed successful nursery in Sheffield. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can design your own shift patterns receive guidance from area management and collaborate with a wider nursery network.
Your Role:
Lead the daytoday running of the nursery ensuring highquality practice and compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Build strong trusting relationships with colleagues children and parents.
Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional child care and early years education.
Oversee the nursery s operations including staff management parent communication and maintaining a safe nurturing environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in childcare (minimum).
A minimum of 2 years experience in a nursery management role.
Indepth knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for early years education.
Strong leadership skills with a "cando" attitude.
Excellent written and IT skills for effective communication and recordkeeping.
A natural ability to build trusting relationships with staff parents and children.
