Position Overview:
The Front Desk Sales and Customer Success Manager will lead and oversee the front desk team ensuring exceptional client experiences and achieving sales and retention targets. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in sales management customer success and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead train and coach the front desk team to meet and exceed KPIs in client acquisition and retention.
Oversee matchmaking sessions outbound calling efforts and client scheduling to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
Monitor and improve team performance through datadriven strategies.
Ensure seamless scheduling rescheduling and customer success processes.
Collaborate with leadership to align sales and customer success operations with company growth objectives
What We re Looking For:
3 years of experience in sales management customer success or related fields.
Healthcare background is a plus.
Proven track record of driving results in sales and team performance.
Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve processes.
