Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation efficiently.
- Support patient service by addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Assist with coding and billing processes as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of hospital medicine anatomy and medicalsurgical practices.
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to care.
- Familiarity with coding practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse or registered nurse. - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. - Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a clean and safe environment. - Assist with airway management and respiratory support as needed. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families. - Document patient information accurately and timely.
Education
. College Degree or equivalent . At least 2 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar work duties . Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
