Job Description

Elevate Partners are actviely recruiting for a Senior Credit Analyst to join an global Private Credit platform. As a Senior Credit Analyst you will be responsible for originating new investments and managing a portfolio of credits. You will work with a global team of highly talented professionals to evaluate new investment opportunities and present recommendations.



The role of the Credit Analyst


Analyse credit data and financial information of potential borrowers

Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers and determine the risk involved in lending money to them

Prepare credit reports and make recommendations to the Investment team

Monitor the creditworthiness of existing borrowers and provide regular updates to the Investment team

Conduct industry research and stay uptodate on market trends

Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies


The requirements of the Credit Analyst


310 years of experience ideally from a credit platform creditoriented fund manager or leverage finance desk

Advanced Excel user and familiarity with data query/data management tools

Ability and desire to understand complex transactionoriented credits

Strong communication skills with the ability and gravitas to present credibly challenge and probe and to engage with varied and senior stakeholders

Highly organised goal oriented and solutions focused

An excellent academic background including a minimum of 2:1 Honours degree CFA or ACA qualification is desirable Minimum of three years experience in an investment-related role Strong Excel skills and the ability to build a financial model from scratch Good verbal and effective written communications skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations
