Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans timelines and workflows.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Identify and address potential risks with guidance from senior team members.

- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.

Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the design and standardization of processes for greater efficiency.

- Use project management tools (e.g. Zoho Projects Zoho Sprints) to track and report progress.
- Support the analysis of data and creation of reports to inform decisionmaking.

Client Support:
- Support the onboarding process for new clients.
- Assist in the development of customized workflows tailored to client needs.
