Job Description

Our client a leading global consulting firm in Chicago IL. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting efforts for their North American recruitment teams. This team is responsible for recruiting consultants across the United States Mexico Canada and Brazil and your role will be key in ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience! be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones including video interviews office visits phone screenings and debriefs.
  • Handle candidate logistics such as travel arrangements room bookings and processing expenses as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates recruiters and interviewers to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to provide an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with offer preparation and various recruitmentrelated tasks as assigned.
What We re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 13 years of experience in recruiting coordination executive assistance or a similar administrative role.
  • Previous exposure to management consulting financial services or other professional services industries is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to handle complex scheduling and document management.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a bonus.
  • A basic understanding of recruiting policies and employment laws is advantageous.
Skills and Qualities:
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Comfortable managing a heavy calendar and handling scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Able to maintain a professional and organized email inbox for both personal and team correspondence.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a serviceoriented approach when interacting with candidates recruiters and interviewers.
