Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA / Business Analyst to manage the testing of Prime Brokerage Functions and contribute to the quality and implementation of software products within our Fixed Income Electronic Trading platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Agile methodologies QA best practices and business analysis to deliver highquality software solutions for our clients.

What You ll Get to Do:

• Lead QA Efforts:
  
  Oversee the daytoday management of Prime Brokerage Functions testing including coordination with offshore QA teams and ensuring smooth project delivery cycles across North America.
  

• Lead Testing for Fixed Income Electronic Trading:
  
  Focus on testing of bonds derivatives and other fixedincome instruments on the Fixed Income Electronic Trading platform.
  

• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  
  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements translating them into detailed functional specifications and test cases.
  

• Manual Testing:
  
  Conduct extensive manual testing of trading workflows such as order execution pricing and risk management functionalities within the Fixed Income platform.
  

• Integration Testing:
  
  Perform endtoend testing for integration with external liquidity providers trading venues and market data feeds.
  

• Validate Trading Processes:
  
  Test realtime trading activities including trade lifecycle trade execution and settlement processes.
  

• Functional & Regression Testing:
  
  Execute functional regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software meets business needs and quality standards.
  

• Defect Reporting & Tracking:
  
  Generate detailed defect reports and track issues via JIRA communicating findings to development teams for resolution.
  

• Collaborate with Business Analysts & Product Owners:
  
  Define and validate test cases based on business requirements and usage.
  

What You ll Bring with You:

• Domain Expertise:
  
  Strong understanding of Prime Brokerage Functions including Stock Loans Borrows SWAPs associated fees haircuts and costs of capital.
  

• Experience with Electronic Trading Platforms:
  
  Familiarity with platforms like MarketAxess Tradeweb Bloomberg Brokertec etc.
  

• QA/Testing Methodologies:
  
  Proficient in Manual Testing Regression Testing UAT and Functional Testing.
  

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
  
  Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  

• Agile & Scrum Methodologies:
  
  Proven experience working in Agile environments including sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
  

• SQL & Data Analysis:
  
  Strong skills in SQL and data analysis to support test case design and validation.
  

• JIRA & Confluence:
  
  Handson experience with JIRA for issue tracking and Confluence for documentation.
  

• EndtoEnd Testing:
  
  Expertise in performing endtoend testing across complex systems.
  

• Database & OS Skills:
  
  Experience with databases like MySQL PostgreSQL and Oracle. Proficiency in working with both Windows and Linux environments.
  

• Programming & Version Control:
  
  Knowledge of Python programming and version control using Git/Bitbucket.
  

• Project Management Tools:
  
  Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence and TestRail for test management.
  

• Desirable:
  
  Familiarity with ION Trading Bloomberg Terminal Tradeweb.
