We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming shipments ensuring accurate inventory records and facilitating the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and supporting our order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update records in the AS400 system.
Organize and store received items in designated warehouse locations.
Collaborate with order pickers to ensure timely fulfillment of ecommerce orders.
Prepare packages for outbound shipping ensuring all items are securely packed.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist with inventory counts and audits as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Familiarity with order picking packing and fulfillment processes is a plus.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems like AS400.
Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely (certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

As a Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for handling the receiving of items in the warehouse and ensures that the shipments are inspected sorted and stored.
