Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Python AWS Developer with experience in risk management to design develop and maintain cloudbased solutions for risk analytics and mitigation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development AWS cloud services and riskrelated applications with a deep understanding of data processing security and compliance in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable risk management applications using Python and AWS.
- Design and implement cloudbased solutions for risk analytics monitoring and reporting.
- Work with big data processing tools to handle large datasets related to risk assessment.
- Integrate risk models and algorithms into cloudnative architectures.
- Ensure data security compliance and governance in line with industry regulations.
- Optimize ETL pipelines and APIs for risk data ingestion and processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists risk analysts and DevOps teams to enhance system functionality.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- Diploma in Software Development or Similar Qualification.
- Experience in financial services fintech or cybersecurity risk management.
- Familiarity with machine learning models for risk prediction.
- Certification in AWS (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Developer).
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker Kubernetes Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
- 5 years of experience in Python development with a focus on riskrelated applications.
- Strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda S3 DynamoDB Redshift Glue ECS etc.).
- Experience with risk analytics financial modeling or compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases for risk data storage and retrieval.
- Handson experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark Hadoop) and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of API development microservices and eventdriven architectures.
- Understanding of IAM policies encryption and security best practices in AWS.
- Experience with Terraform CloudFormation or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
