Job Opening for Experienced Sales Executive (Chemical Industry) at MNC in Chandigarh


About the Client

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of fine chemicals for research and development. They are dedicated to meeting expectations and consistently providing a valuable range of research reagents while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.

Must have:
Educational Background BTech Chemical / B Pharmacy/ BSc (BZC MPC) / MBA Marketing


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile.
Responsible for Sales and marketing activities of Chandigarh Punjab Himachal Pradesh
Jammu and Jashmir
**Job Location Initially Chandigarh. (Condition;Job location is subject to change according
to the business requirement).
Make Proper customer visit and business strategy planning in consultation with Reporting
Manager.
Daily Customer visits to existing customers and maintaining and growing current customer
relationships.
Developing new customers and distributors.
Maintaining complete customer data and visit reports in SFA.
Participating in the various marketing events and exhibitions to promote our brand.
Maintaining proper communication between customers/distributors and organization.
Working as per organization policies and providing the best services
Payment and statutory documents Collections from customers to complete Sales Cycle.
Contributing the distributors channel in given territory by training and monitoring their
work meeting the targets of institutional rate contracts as new customer development.
Setting targets to the distributors and corporates and make sure to complete these
targets.
Meeting end users frequently and understanding their area of research and suggesting
products which is to their area of interest.
Appointing distributors in untouched (No Business) areas.
Adding new customers to the existing data base.
Reporting all sales activities to Reporting Manager.
Skills / Knowledge
1.Good communication and negotiation skills.
2. Business (polite form of) English and Hindi writing and speaking.
3. Reporting Skills (Business level of English Writing) & Presentation skills.
4. Business acumen and intense customer focus.
5. Good knowledge of Chemistry.
6 .Knowledge of the territory.
7 .Self learning skills & Team Work.
