Greet and welcome students faculty and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls emails and walkin inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about the institute s courses schedules and services.
Maintain records of student inquiries admissions and visitor logs.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating classes faculty meetings and events.
Handle courier services incoming mail and document filing.
Guide students through the admission process including basic counseling on courses and eligibility.
Provide initial support to students facing issues with schedules or resources and escalate them to the appropriate department.
