Coverage Type: Call Only
Call Coverage:
Critical Access Hospital Labor & Deliver/Pediatrics Unit/Level II nursery.
Call Schedule: 24hr call; 7 days per month
Admissions: 23
Support Staff:
Nursing team; Level II nursery nurses anesthesia obgyns Respiratory Therapists local pediatricians to consult w/ NICU located in Bismarck (90 miles) w/ consulting physicians.
Duties:
Attend vaginal deliveries if requested Attend all scheduled & emergent CSections
Admit/discharge newborns admit/care for pediatric patients circumcisions.
Required Procedures: Circumcisions newborn resuscitation/intubations/UVC lumbar punctures.
EMR: Meditech
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
Active ND License
BC/BE
PALS ACLS BLS
NRP
Clean record
