Job Description
A small hospital near Lake Havasu City AZ is seeking a Controller to join their accounting department. Those who have experience in hospital accounting are encouraged to apply! Sign on Bonus!
Controller Salary Range: $65603 to $96678
Controller Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday Friday; Day Shift
Signon Bonus $20000
Prepare and review the hospital s financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow reports.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and healthcare industry regulations.
Coordinate annual financial reporting including financial audit grant audits cost report 990 tax return for State and Federal agencies. And ensure audit recommendations are implemented.
Controller Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor s degree in accounting (not finance)
Required: 5 years experience in hospital accounting
Required: Experience supervising will oversee AP GL and Cashiering function
Experience with financial audits and cost reports is a plus!
