The Opportunity
We are seeking an Accountant who thrives in dynamic highgrowth environments and can operate with both precision and strategic vision. In this role you will not only handle financial reporting and compliance but also play a key role in cost control variance analysis and financial optimization.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a businessoriented mindset capable of translating financial data into actionable insights. Given the lean structure of the finance team this role requires autonomy ownership and the ability to engage crossfunctionally with leadership and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements aligning with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
MonthEnd Close & Reconciliations Execute and oversee journal entries reconciliations and reporting to ensure precision in financial statements.
Cost & Margin Analysis Analyze financial performance monitor cost structures and identify opportunities for profitability optimization.
Business Support & Strategic Insights Provide financial datadriven recommendations to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and leadership to ensure alignment between finance and business operations.
Process Improvement & Efficiency Continuously seek opportunities to streamline financial processes reducing inefficiencies and enhancing reporting speed.
What We Are Looking For
We seek a highly motivated detailoriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have:
2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferably in manufacturing or costdriven industries.
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS principles.
Experience with financial reporting journal entries and account reconciliations.
Strong Excel skills (advanced functions financial modeling data analysis).
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
A problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Strong communication skills capable of interacting effectively with both financial and nonfinancial teams.
A selfstarter who thrives in lean fastpaced environments taking ownership of financial processes.
