Budgeting Forecasting
Financial Reporting (Management Accounts)
Treasury Management
Strategic Financial Modelling
Revenue Enablement
Grant scheme submissions
Manage the SA Finance Team
Manage BBBEE submissions There is a BBBEE audit annually
Maintain and produce pricing models
Simple MI production / KPI management
Systems implementation
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and scenario planning.
Familiarity with financial software and systems such as SAP or Oracle
Extensive experience in financial management strategic planning and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of financial professionals.
Strategic thinking and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.
Requirements
A masters degree in finance business administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) can be highly beneficial.
CIMA Qualification (Preferred)
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree in finance, business administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred.
