Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas
We are currently Hiring Paediatric Community Nurse Home Support Dublin West
Hours: Fulltime and parttime night nursing shifts available (Day Shifts & Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to a child
- Gastrostomy tube feeds via feeding pump
- Competent in all tracheostomy care changing of ties suctioning and changing tube in an emergency situation
- Management and administration of nebs and suctioning
- Monitoring for signs and symptoms of respiratory distress
- Pressure area care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Manage seizures
- Provide play and family support
- Provide excellent evidencebased nursing care implementing all aspects of care plans based on the needs identified.
- Prioritise the needs and comfort of the client.
Requirements
- Current registration on the live register of NMBI
- RGN/RCN trained
- Paediatric nursing experience is desirable
- Previous experience in home care is an advantage full training and support provided
- Have a Full driving License and access to car
