This is a remote position.
As a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist you will play a key role in driving eLuminate Marketing s LinkedIn engagement and sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to build authentic relationships drive engagement and support the company s outreach campaigns by leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator AdRoll PhantomBuster and Kondo. This role requires someone with exceptional written communication skills attention to detail and a passion for building connections online.
Engage authentically with a provided list of approximately 2000 LinkedIn contacts.
Spend 3 hours daily interacting with 75 100 profiles through thoughtful comments likes and personalized messages.
Ensure comments are meaningful personalized and include the individual s name to foster rapport.
Track and report daily engagement metrics using Google Sheets.
Build and maintain a contact list of 2000 prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on the founder s qualifications.
Upload contact lists to tools like AdRoll PhantomBuster and Instantly to execute targeted campaigns.
Monitor the founder s LinkedIn account and promptly respond to messages using Kondo.
Support scheduling and communication by organizing meetings responding to inquiries and following up with prospects using HubSpot Calendar.
Send 25 LinkedIn Sales Navigator messages weekly using predefined lists and templates provided by the founder.
Monitor responses nurture relationships and book meetings with qualified leads.
Aim to schedule at least 5 interviews weekly for the MRC Campaign and distribute LinkedIn Blueprints to candidates in the FSU Campaign.
Maintain meticulous records of all outreach and followups to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Update the Sales Dashboard Google Sheet with weekly metrics including emails/LinkedIn messages sent responses and meetings booked.
Build eLuminate Marketing s reputation for authenticity and engagement on LinkedIn.
Achieve measurable growth in outreach efficiency with consistent scheduling of interviews and prospect meetings.
Establish topofmind awareness among targeted LinkedIn connections.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a virtual assistant or outreachfocused role preferably with experience in LinkedIn engagement.
Tools Expertise: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator AdRoll PhantomBuster and Kondo (preferred).
Skills: Exceptional written communication organizational skills and attention to detail.
Personality: Proactive personable and professional with a knack for building genuine online connections.
Availability: Able to work 4 5 hours daily Monday to Friday during Eastern Time working hours.
