Job Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Lead you will be supporting & growing our digital and ecommerce space. You will work closely with the product team to create innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives that will take the brand to the next level.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Assist in developing and executing the company s digital strategy to boost online growth and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across email social media and website platforms.
- Utilize Klaviyo for audience segmentation personalizing campaigns and optimizing automated email workflow
- Update and maintain website content including product descriptions landing pages and images using Shopify.
- Ensure website content is optimized for SEO to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure digital initiatives align with overall business goals.
Content Creation & Management:
- In consultation with the marketing manager plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with campaigns and events across digital platforms.
- Assist in creating visually appealing and brandaligned content for use in social media posts emails and on the website.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Community Engagement.
- Respond to social media comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally to foster community engagement.
- Map customer touchpoints and identify areas for improvement in user journeys.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Configure and maintain Google Analytics to track key website and campaign performance metrics including traffic engagement and conversion.
- Regularly monitor social media and email campaign metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- In consultation with the marketing manager use analytics to develop and implement adjustments to campaigns focusing on improving engagement reach and conversion rates.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Experience: 45 years in digital marketing ecommerce or content management with proven results in campaign execution and performance optimization.
- A tertiary qualification in business marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in Klaviyo for email marketing segmentation and automation.
- Experienced in Shopify for website content updates product management and performance tracking.
- Skilled in Google Analytics for data tracking & reporting.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of key social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram) and best practices for each.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to create engaging content and respond professionally to online inquiries.
- DetailOriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in execution.

Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Au Time) 6:00AM to 3:00PM (PH)

3+ years of SEO experience. Experience of managing a small team. High level of technical SEO knowledge and experience. High level of SEO content and link building knowledge. Agency experience (preferred). Experience in managing multiple clients. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience in using different CMS, including WordPress, Shopify and Magento.
