Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Resume Writing Services
Job Type: FullTime
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Perth Time) with a 1hour unpaid break
Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and resultsdriven team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing creativity in developing compelling content and a strong analytical mindset. This role requires managing various digital channels creating content executing campaigns and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Google My Business (GMB).
  • Plan create and publish engaging daily content including reels single posts carousels and stories aligned with brand messaging.
  • Leverage strategies like relevant hashtags optimized headings and trends to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients for purposes such as collecting feedback building relationships asking for reviews or offering free resume reviews.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and foster community engagement.

2. Content Creation

  • Design edit and produce graphics and videos using Canva or equivalent tools.
  • Develop highquality visuals tailored to specific branding guidelines and target audiences.

3. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Implement effective LinkedIn outreach strategies to build connections and generate leads.
  • Engage with "Open to Work" users and potential clients to offer tailored services.

4. Email Marketing & CRM Management

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot MailChimp or equivalent platforms.
  • Integrate tools like Stripe and Xero with CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
  • Maintain and organize the CRM database for improved efficiency in marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Provide guidance on selecting utilizing and maximizing CRM functionalities while training the team on its features.

5. Advertising Campaigns

  • Plan execute and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to meet business objectives and drive conversions.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate fortnightly performance reports for social media email campaigns and paid ads.
  • Use analytics tools to interpret data and refine strategies for better results.

7. Website Management

  • Maintain and update the company s WIX website with new content promotions blogs and products.
  • Ensure website performance and functionality align with business goals.
  • Upload and manage digital products (e.g. ebooks magazines subscriptions courses) for online sales.
  • Provide expert knowledge on WIX functionalities updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Google My Business.
  • Proficiency in graphic and video editing with experience using tools like Canva.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns and working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot MailChimp).
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads management and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and generating actionable insights.
  • Extensive experience in managing and maintaining WIX websites including content updates page creation and product uploads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to develop execute and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Advanced knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools to create presentations reports and analyze data effectively.

3. Social Media Management

  • Experience in scheduling managing and analyzing posts across multiple platforms including Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to leverage platformnative analytics to track performance and engagement.

4. Content Creation Tools

  • Canva: Expertise in designing social media graphics presentations and promotional content using customizable templates.
  • Adobe Express: Proficiency in creating graphics and short videos for marketing campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting Tools

  • HubSpot (Or recommend a suitable CRM): Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools for lead management and campaign analytics.
  • Google Analytics: Skilled in monitoring website traffic tracking conversions and understanding user behavior.
  • Social Media Analytics: Proficient in utilizing native insights from platforms like Instagram LinkedIn and Facebook for strategy improvement.

6. Advertising Platforms

  • Google Ads: Knowledgeable in planning and managing paid search campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Facebook Ads Manager: Expertise in managing and optimizing ads across Facebook and Instagram to meet targeted objectives.

Additional Responsibilities Once Systems Are Established

  • Once all systems and processes are fully automated and running efficiently your remaining work hours will involve minimal:
    • Resume Writing: Drafting editing and refining resumes for clients to ensure highquality outputs. (training will be provided)
    • Taking and Making Calls: Handling calls as necessary such as client inquiries followups and cold outreach (minimal time required).
