Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 F&O Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for implementing configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions for clients with a focus on financial management and accounting modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in D365 F&O with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation of D365 F&O Finance modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and Budgeting.
- Business Process Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their financerelated business processes requirements and pain points. Provide expert recommendations to align the solution with client needs.
- Solution Design: Design and configure endtoend financial solutions in D365 F&O ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
- Testing & Training: Support testing of new configurations prepare user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver enduser training to ensure a smooth transition.
- Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate D365 F&O with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and financial reporting.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing postimplementation support troubleshooting issues and offering continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows system configurations and training materials.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in D365 F&O Finance Modules: Indepth knowledge of financial management modules including but not limited to General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
- Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes with the ability to apply this knowledge to system design and implementation.
- Configuration & Customization: Experience with configuring and customizing D365 F&O to meet the unique needs of businesses.
- ProblemSolving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex financial system issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with experience working on largescale projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications: Relevant D365 F&O or Dynamics certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in Financial Reporting: Expertise in financial reporting tools and analytics within D365 F&O is a plus.
- Consulting Experience: Previous experience working in a consulting environment is beneficial particularly with clientfacing roles in finance or ERP implementations.

Lead and facilitate discussions with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Design and implement finance and accounting processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations module. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet clients' specific needs. Provide guidance and support to clients in defining data migration strategies and executing data migration activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and testers, to ensure successful project delivery. Work closely with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and training.
