Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client and Zoho team to understand and implement custom functions in Zoho Books.
Develop troubleshoot and optimize custom codes to meet clientspecific business needs.
Coordinate with Zoho support and development teams for issue resolution and feature enhancements.
Ensure timely delivery and highquality execution of technical tasks per project specifications.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and Zohos technical team ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience in Zoho Books customization.
Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
Expertise in Zoho Books Zoho Inventory and their custom function capabilities.
Proven experience in managing and customizing Zohobased applications.
Ability to troubleshoot optimize and develop customized solutions within Zoho Books.
Experience in integrating Zoho applications with other systems like SAP and Salesforce (preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Based in Mumbai with availability for onsite/Client visits as required.
