Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Project Manager to lead and guide our crossfunctional team of software engineers developers designers through the successful execution of software projects. As a Scrum Project Manager youll have a crucial part in overseeing project outcomes organizing software launches applying version control approaches and maintaining effective team communication.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including software developers and designers within the Scrum framework.
Facilitate and oversee Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment and efficiency within development teams.
Maintain and update Jira boards and Gantt charts to track project progress and milestones.
Provide clients with regular updates on project status challenges and key developments.
Participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings to report on team progress and coordinate with other teams.
Monitor and log time spent on projects.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development with a strong emphasis on guiding crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in utilizing Jira for project management and task tracking.
Experience or knowledge creating and managing Gantt Charts for project scheduling.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
