Job Description
- Provide input in the development of design and building performance strategy for project team
- Contribute to project technical design effort
- Develop appropriate research and documents to find creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks
- Contribute to the preparation of design documents
- Review show drawings material samples and CD s for design conformance
- Assist with coordination/integration of project deliverables and support the design concept and performance goals of the project
- Perform construction administration duties
- Prepare reports/specifications
- Review completed reports plans cost estimates and calculations
- Execute agency review analysis
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in architecture
- Master s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience and includes working on small to largescale project types
- Architectural registration required
- Strong graphics skills
- Proficient in Revit
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other industry accepted software
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite products
- Understanding of the healthcare industry especially in areas of clinical innovation operational improvement planning and strategic positioning for complex hospital systems
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Experience with Lean and Evidencebased design preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
