This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer (DevOps) to join our team. C ollaborate with your team to manage optimize and debug optimize cloudbased infrastructure including microservices and Pythonbased applications deployed on Kubernetes. You will help keep our infrastructure robust and scalable.
Requirements
- Rapidly learn and contribute to infrastructure agent services and frameworks focusing on adding to maintaining and improving secure and efficient systems.
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code meets predefined requirements. Identify issues in the code and debug them to improve the code s functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including software engineers data scientists and product managers to deliver improvements to products.
- Document your work thoroughly including experiments and results reporting proactively on your findings.
- Provide feedback including code reviews seek and learn from others feedback and support fellow team members (particularly junior ones) to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Deliver to internal and external customers: you ensure you have implemented coordinated and communicated changes/fixes and checked that the customer is satisfied before considering a task done. ### Requirements
- Ability to work in line with our values.
- 4 years experience in DevOps on a daily basis.
- 3 years experience in Python on a daily basis.
- Experience of working with GCP or AWS and Kubernetes Terraform Helmchart and Docker.
- Experience of developing and debugging microservices.
- Proven teamwork and troubleshooting skills and willingness to acquire new programming skills and concepts.
- Strong understanding of Python libraries (Django Flask) best practices (best practices Python (e.g. linting autoformatting static analysis etc.) and testing (unit integration end to end).
- Interest in web3 and AI particularly autonomous agents.
- Bonus: Experience of working with peer to peer networks.
- Bonus: Opensource and/or Web3 contributions.
- Strong preference for time zone between UTC 2 to UTC 6.
