Job Summary
In this position you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing
system implementations troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally you will spearhead initiatives to improve data accuracy reporting capabilities and system reliability fostering a technologydriven culture that supports innovation and responsiveness in the
dynamic beauty and cosmetics market.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management with proven experience in managing SAP EWM EDI and ecommerce platforms. You will demonstrate excellent leadership skills enabling you to motivate and develop your team while effectively communicating technical concepts to
nontechnical stakeholders. A proactive approach to problemsolving and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth will be key to your success in this role.
Principal Accountabilities

System Management and Support: Oversee the administration maintenance and enhancement of critical systems including SAP EWM EDI and Shopify. Ensure system reliability and performance
addressing technical issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion including system
implementations upgrades and integrations. Coordinate resources timelines and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather
requirements understand business needs and develop technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to communicate progress and facilitate change
Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems. Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decisionmaking processes.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks associated with technology operations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that enhance system functionality and user experience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the IT department.

Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with SAP EWM EDI and Shopify platforms.
Proficient in database management system integration and data analysis tools.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

Proven track record of managing and developing IT teams fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong skills in project management with experience leading crossfunctional teams through complex technology initiatives.

Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions quickly.

Experience managing IT budgets and understanding financial implications of technology investments.

Compliance and Security Knowledge:
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to data security and compliance.
Experience in implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
