Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales preferably within the insurance and Health sector.
- Strong understanding of industry trends market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team.
- Resultsdriven and strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the insurance and Health sector leveraging existing industry knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead and mentor the sales team providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
