Laboratory Operation Streamlining Coordinator

Your tasks:

Executes the initiation of orders necessary for the operation of the group;

Keeps track of processes related to orders interfering if necessary;

Prepares the asset utilization report of the equipment operated in the laboratories and obtains the necessary information from the supported areas;

Supporting the annual planning of the purchase of laboratory equipment compiling reports obtaining information;

Management of fixed assets in the group;

Supports the operation of the internal information channel of laboratories compilation of information material.

Qualifications :

Technical qualification required (BSc/MSc);

Min. 1 years experience in similar field;

Basic MS Office database knowledge;

Conversational communication in Hungarian;

Communicative level knowledge of English (both orally and in writing);

Decisive confident personality;

Selfemployment;

Good communication and networking skills;

Proactivity and good problemsolving skills.
