PsychiaTreat a leading provider of mental health care in Nassau County is seeking a Software Engineer to drive innovation in patient care and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT marketing operations and front desk staff to build impactful solutions.
What You ll Do
- Develop maintain and optimize software applications for patient engagement provider workflows and telehealth services.
- Work with diverse teams to identify pain points and implement efficient scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards.
- Support and troubleshoot internal tools to improve efficiency across departments.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- 3 years of software development experience with a strong understanding of modern web and backend technologies.
- 1 years of experience with AWS GCP Microsoft Azure or another cloud service.
- 2 years of experience in open source frameworks
- Proficiency in Linux and experience working in cloudbased or onprem environments.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) including writing queries to pull and aggregate data efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with nontechnical teams gather requirements and deliver intuitive solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
- Experience in healthcare tech or HIPAAcompliant applications is a plus.
