The Opportunity
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will be a key member of the leadership team ensuring the efficient operation and strategic oversight of financial HR and administrative functions. This handson role is ideal for someone ready to lead innovate and drive financial performance.
The Tasks Ahead
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare detailed financial reports for the Board and CEO
- Ensure compliance with ASIC and other regulations
- Manage daytoday financial operations
- Oversee HR processes including payroll and recruitment
- Provide support in administering HR policies
- Manage office operations and ensure document management compliance
- Support contract negotiations and MYOB administration
About You
You are a proactive detailoriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your solutionsfocused mindset sets you apart!
- Relevant Accounting/Finance qualification
- Proven experience in budgeting reporting and compliance
- Strong knowledge of ASIC standards
- Experience in HR and payroll functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal organisational and timemanagement skills
- Willingness to travel to regional offices
- Current C Class drivers licence
- Current Police Clearance
