Job Description
Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting B2C goods delivery.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver Goods:
o Safely transport goods to designated locations according to the assigned delivery schedule.
Loading and Unloading:
o Assist with loading and unloading goods from the vehicle ensuring products are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Route Planning:
o Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel considering traffic patterns and client delivery times.
Customer Interaction:
o Provide courteous and professional service to clients upon delivery addressing any immediate issues or questions.
Vehicle Maintenance:
o Conduct daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition; report any issues to the supervisor.
Documentation:
o Accurately complete and maintain delivery logs vehicle inspection records and any required documentation.
Safety Compliance:
o Follow all road safety regulations and company policies always ensuring safe driving practices.
Assist Operations Team:
o Support other members of the logistics team when needed which may include inventory checks organizing the delivery area and other tasks as assigned.
Qualification Summary
Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
Skills:
Valid Class 3 driver s license.
Basic English proficiency with the ability to understand instructions and perform basic written communication for handling Englishspeaking people.
Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and comfortable with loading and unloading duties.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm
