Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Research and qualify leads through RFQs RFPs and government procurement platforms.
- Knowledge of the GeM Portal is required.
- Provide information and guidance on GeM portal registrations and bidding processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle inbound queries and provide excellent customer support.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to address governmentspecific challenges.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 02 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling.
- Knowledge of the GeM (Government eMarketplace) portal is preferred.
- Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
- Proficiency in Hindi (must) and basic English.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
