mitte is a boutique padel club that offers stateoftheart playing conditions and creates an aesthetic environment for our vibrant contemporary community. Our clubs combine premium infrastructure in central innercity locations with digital innovation and human warmth to make padel an integral part of everyday life whether its for a quick game or as the third place for various experiences.

The mitte clubs are characterised by the fact that...

• the location of the indoor clubs allows for a game within a 15minute commuting
• the interior concept was developed by the boutique architect
• we focus on the hospitalitylike support to the players through the community leaders onsite who are fully dedicated to being outstanding hosts.
• we achieve fully automated operation of the higherquality club areas (booking system is connected to door light and equipment rental).

Tasks

As a community leader you are our central point of contact for all players and thus the face of our club. This leads to the following responsibilities in this role:

• Create a memorable start: Warmly welcome all players and make them feel seen.
• Introduction to the infrastructure: Help our players find their way around our facilities and feel comfortable and confident operating independently.
• Attention to details and needs: You are always responsive to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.
• Build longlasting relationships: You ensure to have consistent personal and meaningful touch points with every player to build mitte players for life.
• You care about our players: You own and immediately resolve player problems.
• Activation & engagement: You plan together with our central community domain and implement appropriate activities on site for the activation and ongoing engagement of our community. From social happenings to the academy to official competitions.
• Ensure highquality club standard: You are responsible for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and creating a safe and accidentfree environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent pedagogical and communication skills when dealing with different audiences.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends depending on the schedule.

• Passion and inspiration: A love for sports and the ability to motivate and inspire players. We love what we do and we hope you will too!

• Guest experience: Proven experience in professional service and hospitality like businesses.
