The Role

A successful Junior Content Manager will be a social media guru inthemaking working with internal departments and external clients social media channels and assisting their growth. As Junior Content Manager you will be responsible for executing unique social media strategies across our portfolio of clients pages and profiles.

The ideal candidate will have a growing wealth of social media knowledge as well as a knack for quickthinking problemsolving and innovation as well as a keen eye for detail. You will also be responsible for overseeing a small team of editors in the UK and abroad so the ability to communicate is key.

You will be managing internal and external stakeholders expectations so must be assured you can deliver an exceptional service to the high standards expected of a KOMI employee.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create and curate content for KOMIs clients channels
  • Supporting the management of a small team of editors
  • Creating and executing short medium and long term strategies for our clients
  • Using analytics not just for reporting but also to inform content choices and strategy
  • Working to create more efficient workflows both internally and externally for our clients
  • Overseeing quality control and content management across our portfolio of clients
  • Sound video editing and sound recording knowledge
  • Sound social media management knowledge

We were looking for

  • Experience working to targets set by a line manager to increase productivity and output.
  • You are a quick learner who is naturally proactive.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone.
  • A natural excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Adobe Suite.
  • You will openly help or offer feedback to your fellow teammates.
  • You have enthusiasm and motivation stamina & persistence for the role.
  • You believe in our values and want to implement and amplify them in your role.
  • Incredible organisational skills and brilliant attention to detail.
