Job Description
We are looking for reliable friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Petrol Attendants. If you are passionate about customer service and want to be part of a dynamic team we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their fuel needs.
- Handle fuel pumps safely and efficiently ensuring accurate fueling and payment processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment both inside and outside the station.
- Assist customers with other needs such as checking tire pressure oil levels or windshield cleaning.
- Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
- Assist with stocking and maintaining fuelrelated products (e.g. motor oils air fresheners).
- Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.

Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential. A team player with a proactive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
