Job Description

The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by staging and moving materials around the site using forklifts pallet jacks or manual methods. Responsibilities include production floor support activities such as stocking materials obtaining samples changing filters and labeling/packaging finished goods. The Operator also prepares tanks for production batches performs compounding and transfer operations and loads/unloads bulk materials. Housekeeping duties are also required. This role works under the direction and supervision of more experienced operations team members. The pay is $22.66 and there is a $2/hr. shift differentialThis role will be 2nd Shift 2:4511:00 pm MF.

  • Operate a variety of equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move materials throughout the production facility.
  • Prepare and package finished products ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.
  • Play an active role in the production process by preparing tanks transferring materials and monitoring compounding operations.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to excellence.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • 12 years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
