Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Workers to join our dynamic team at Kindred Caregivers. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting daily operations assisting with various tasks and contributing to a positive caring environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support in care giving tasks including assisting clients with daily activities.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Assist with light housekeeping meal preparation and laundry as needed.
- Ensure clients comfort and wellbeing offering friendly and compassionate assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a care giving or general support role is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate patient demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending as necessary.
