Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to assist in defining project scope and managing the implementation of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and IT teams ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs. This role requires proficiency in PowerApps Power Automate SQL Visual Studio and Database Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define functional usability reliability performance and support requirements for system implementation.
- Serve as a business subject matter expert and provide a link between technical and business teams.
- Lead system requirements definition design testing training and implementation support.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Utilize tools to define requirements and documentation.
- Analyze system efficiencies enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Assist in developing use cases and collaborate with IT learning organizations to create training documentation.
- Provide user training and support.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- 2 years of handson experience with:
- PowerApps / Power Automate
- SQL
- Visual Studio
- Database Management
- Strong understanding of Cloud Security & Virtualization.
- Experience in Healthcare domain (Preferred).
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Develop test and implement system applications based on business requirements.
- Write clean efficient code and ensure system performance and security.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and document requirements.
- Automate processes and optimize system functionality.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve system defects.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards project timelines and best practices.
- Participate in testing troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
- Guide and mentor team members while fostering knowledge sharing.
