Structural Engineer
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in designing both concrete and steel structures with a focus on highrise and complex multiheight buildings. The role requires indepth knowledge of structural design project management and the ability to handle various constructionrelated tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Analysis: Create structural designs for concrete and steel buildings ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- HighRise Projects: Apply structural engineering principles to design concrete structures with multiple heights ensuring structural integrity and safety.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects contractors and other engineers to integrate structural designs with other disciplines.
- Construction Services: Provide technical support during construction phases including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Engineering Software: Utilize advanced engineering software packages to model and analyze designs produce calculations and generate drawings.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to ensure that designs meet project specifications local regulations and safety standards.
- Project Management: Oversee structural design projects from concept through to construction completion ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Businesslevel English both written and verbal to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
- Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of handson experience in Structural Engineering with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within the Gulf region familiar with local standards codes and construction practices.

- Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to design both concrete and steel structures.
- Strong experience in reviewing and preparing shop drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to RFIs and provide technical support during the construction phase.
- Proven ability to design both concrete and steel structures.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of engineering software packages used for structural design such as AutoCAD Revit ETABS STAAD Pro or similar tools.

Ability to design concrete structures with multiple heights (high-rise or complex buildings). Expertise in designing steel structures. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of engineering software packages relevant to structural design, such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
Education
Educational Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
