Key Responsibilities
Operational Support :
Assist in managing the operational aspects of the Nusuk Card project
Ensure workflows are executed efficiently and meet set timelines.
Team Coordination :
Collaborate with the operations team to address daily challenges and provide necessary support.
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
Resource Utilization :
Support resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.
Monitor and report on resource usage to the Operations Manager.
Stakeholder Communication :
Assist in maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide updates on project tasks and status.
Quality and Process Improvement :
Follow established quality management processes (e.g. ISO standards).
Learn and apply basic process improvement tools such as Lean principles.
Performance Monitoring :
Collect data for performance metrics and prepare initial reports.
Highlight any issues or risks to the Operations Manager for timely resolution.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
Experience:
12 years in a related operational or project support role. Internship experience is acceptable.
Skills :
Basic understanding of operational workflows and project management principles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn quality management systems (e.g. ISO) and process improvement tools (e.g. Lean)
Languages :
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
