Job Description
As the Restaurant Group Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing the strategic capabilities of multiple Restaurant Managers and their teams. You will ensure there is no compromising on food safety and quality as well as help build great restaurant teams so that every customer will love us.
We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes what we mean specifically is;
- Multisite management experience
- An ability to interpret and drive strategic plans. Someone who understands progressive improvement.
- Demonstarted ability in building successful Managers
- Demonstarted ability to lead through others
- Experience driving profitability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

Qualifications :
Completed (or willingness to undertake) Food Safety Supervisor course
Completed (or willingness to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol course
Completed (or willingness to undertake) First Aid course
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the restaurant/hospitality industry or equivalent.
