Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Program/plan healthcare facilities with collaboration of other departments and hospital administration
- Communicate building development/analysis with project team through all phases of project
- Work closely with medical personnel to under space needs
- Conduct research/analyses of space utilization
- Represent firm at client meetings and in client communication
- Assist with business development including presentation completion and client interviews
- Assist with development/implementation of annual goals/objectives
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Bachelor s degree in architecture
- 5 years of healthcare project and medical planning experience for mid to large projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to keep current on new methodologies related to healthcare design planning sustainability LEAN and evidencebased design principles
