Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client in Texas and we are looking for a hotel Chief Engineer.
The Work:
Manage and lead a team at a Fullservice luxury hotel
Manage all aspects of the property operations department to include the proper operation maintenance and repair of all heating ventilation refrigeration and mechanical equipment.
Manage guestroom public space and back of house maintenance program
Leads by example at all levels of execution
What you ve already done (requirements):
4 years of experience as a Chief Engineer for a fullservice luxury hotel
Previous success managing a team at a lifestyle high volume hotel
Working knowledge of: plumbing codes electrical codes national/local fire codes local mechanical codes water treatment program and (blueprints plumbing and wiring) schematics
Plus a few other positionrelated requirements.
- Yearly salary base range of $80k $95k
- Bonus potential
