As a Business Analyst for our B2B Websites portals you will act as a key point of contact for both IT team and AH business articulating technical demands and business support. You will be the operational system level support who receives demands questions and doubts that need follow up with relevant teams managing demand release process for all features countries requests via Jira s
Demand Management and ensure continuous improvement of Web B2B Portals within the Animal
Health division. You will also help countries to understand the Portals training them in new
features clarifying doubts and collecting new request from improvements. This role will work closely
with crossfunctional teams including IT Commercial Excellence and Global Strategic Marketing to
ensure the successful adoption and utilization of B2B Websites to support business objectives and
compliance requirements.
Main duties:
Business Support:
Platform and processes improvement support: identifying and documenting the main pain
points across the board to improve features and internal processes.
Strategic Analysis: Create adhoc reports on local and regional web performance extracting
insights that can guide decisionmaking.
Project Management support: assist with documentation tracking engaging with internal
teams and ensuring an efficient and timely delivery of assigned projects
IT Support:
Ticketing: assist with bug reporting and tracking
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: translate business requirements into detailed User Stories
Product Owner backup: assist the B2B Web Manager as needed in Scrum ceremonies
Requirements
1. Bachelor s or master s degree in Business Information Technology Digital Marketing or a related field with 3 years of professional experience ideally at a regional or Global level.
2. Strong project management skills with Agile experience ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners across different countries and cultures.
4. Analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Ability to translate complex technical processes into simple to understand for the business and transform business requirements into technical language for development.
